I have competed in 3 all-natural bodybuilding shows and have placed from 2nd to 5th in Men’s Open Tall category to Mr. Kansas and Mr Natural Missouri. I am also a Semi Professional Football player and Martial Artist.

My father was a bodybuilder and that inspired me to want to be like my dad in that aspect. I have always been healthy and strong and the Marines inspired me to strive to be the best!

I am a former Marine from Minneapolis Minnesota that grew up as a genetically gifted kid that didn’t know where to channel my energy other than sports. I was told that I could never compete with the big dogs as a kid because I was always small and skinny. Eventually I began to learn my body and its capabilities and ran with it and never looked back. Just when I think I cannot be any better, I prove myself wrong and that’s what drives me today. Never give up, always strive to be better than the best!

My wife, Shauna, for being there for me through all the ups and downs, the crazy diets and late night workouts, and for sticking beside me through all the ins and outs of being a model and fitness competitor, and my mother Susan for being the rock in my life and telling me that I can achieve anything I desire!
