James Michener Wbff-Pro Hitch Fit Fitness Athlete

A newcomer to the fitness Industry I have been no stranger to the weight room. Playing University football taught me the training philosophy I carry with me now. Work hard and results will show. It was not until my wife to be (also a WBFF pro) decided to tell me I was getting a little heavy after university that I wanted to learn about nutrition and train for my first competition The WBFF (World Body and Fitness Federation) Atlantic Canadian Championship In May of 2012 In Halifax NS. This is where I stepped on stage for the first time and the result was earning my Pro Card in the Fitness Model Category. Since the show I have brought my physique up and will compete as a Pro in the Muscle Model Category. The guidance of Micah LaCerte will ensure I bring the best package possible to stage.
