Fit Over 50 – Winner of Transformation Fitness Competition
100 Pound Weight Loss Journey , what an amazing journey it has been for “Ripped” Rob . In early 2017 he was weighing over 260+ lbs and a stomach that measured over 50 inches . A month prior he was in Mexico with his wife and nearly died due to his blood pressure raising so high almost having a stroke. He was out of shape and the weight had nearly killed him. He knew at that moment it was time to make the change or accept what would soon come.
Fat Loss Journey
His 1st transformation he dropped 75 lbs in 9 months, he was a new man but his journey had just started he had bigger goals now that he had lost a big portion of the weight. After staying fit for nearly 1 year post transformation he sit the goal up of stepping on stage in the Transformation Category at the Fitness Atlantic Fitness Competition at the age of 53 years old.
He Loved the Weight Loss Plus Plan
We went into prep for multiple months and the big day arrived. Lets just say it was a HUGE day for Rob. With over 80 competitors he ended up winning.

Soon after the show Rob called me super excited about the accomplishment of not only stepping on stage but also winning!! He was personally going through quite a bit on the home front so to stay super disciplined during this journey and to finish it strong explains how much Rob has changed mentally!!

ROB SAYS “I owe my life to Micah and Diana and the village they have created. I’ve made lifelong friends along the way, some of whom I may never meet face to face. That’s how Hitch Fit works. I’ve been blessed to share my journey and consequently have inspired others to take charge of their lives by starting their own transformation.
Transformation means different things to people. To me it meant the difference between life or an early death. It meant living life to a level of enjoyment that I didn’t realize was possible.
