I’ve got an awesome story out there for all you gals in your late 40’s who may think it’s too late for transformation! Deanne is a Roller Derby athlete who at 48 years of age decided she wanted to get in Fitness Model condition. She has been (and continues to be) so much fun to work with. I love seeing how far she has come! She started her Hitch Fit journey with our Online Fitness Model Plan. She completed that and is now on a journey to compete for her first time, so you haven’t seen the last of her! Congrats Deanne!

Deanne’s Story:
“In the late spring of 2013, I decided I wanted to take control and change my body for the better, but knew I couldnʼt do it on my own. I wanted something I could do at home without having to go to a gym. My husband and I have set up a pretty nice workout room so I wanted to take advantage of it and be able to do my workouts whenever it fit into my busy schedule. I work full time, have a part-time photography business, go to school part time and am a roller derby girl who has practice 3 days a week. Fitting something else into my schedule was tight but I managed to make it work.
I did some research on the internet and came upon Hitch Fit. After reading the many testimonies of how much past clients have loved Micah and Diana and how they have changed many lives, I was convinced that their program was what I was looking for. After emailing back and forth with Diana about my personal goals, we decided on the twelve week Fitness Model program and I never looked back. I canʼt say enough good things about the program and the support that HitchFit gives all their clients. Their program gave me everything I needed to be successful – eating plan, cardio plan, lifting plan and all the inspiration a person could ask for. I couldnʼt believe how simple it was and I was never hungry.
Whenever I had a question or concern, Diana always answered my emails immediately. I was very impressed.
I really enjoyed learning to properly feed my body and became addicted to cardio. When week nine of my program started, I had to do cardio six days per week. I had no idea how I was going to fit that much cardio into my schedule. The only way was to do half in the morning prior to work and half after work, so not being a morning person, I dragged myself out of bed that first morning and knocked it out. From then on, I loved my morning cardio! The feeling of accomplishing something like that first thing in the morning was amazing and the energizing jump start was a great way to begin my day!
My husband was working away from home most of the time I was on my program, so when he came home, he was blown away by my results. So much so that when I mentioned I want to do the Competition Prep Program in early spring, he was all for it! I am so excited to be planning on competing in my first competition in June 2014!”
