A new study proved him absolutely right…and we couldn’t be more excited!

In the new study by Ohio State University psychology professor Charles Emery, it was found that listening to music while working out is actually good for your brain! In the study, participants were asked to work out and then perform a verbal fluency test.  Those that listened to music while working out performed more than twice as well on the test than those who didn’t listen to music.
