12 and 16 Week Programs Available
Hey moms! Do you want to get your pre pregnancy body back, or get in even better shape than you were before you became pregnant? If you’re looking to shed the fat that came along with your new little bundle of joy, then we have just the program for you. This program can begin approximately 8 weeks post pregnancy, if you had unusual complications during pregnancy please check with your doctor to get clearance to begin an exercise program. We will set you up with a complete nutrition program (taking into consideration whether or not you are breast feeding) that will transform you into one fit mama! Nutrition programs are balanced and custom made for you. Strength training and cardio are progressive throughout your transformation period in order to get you to your goal as quickly as possible! Choose the 12 week option if you have less than 40 pounds of post baby weight to lose, and choose the 16 week if your goal is to shed 40 pounds or greater.
