Fitness Model (Male or Female)/Bikini Model Program

Do you want to look like a Fitness Model or Bikini Model? Do you have a fairly fit physique, eat fairly healthy, but want to take your fitness to another level? Do you want to achieve that lean and sexy look of the beauties that you see gracing the covers of the magazines? If your answer is yes, then our Fitness Model/Bikini Model program is for you! This is an intense program including nutrition program, strength training routines and cardio progression to get you to where you want to be. This program also includes instructions on how to prepare for a Fitness or Bikini Model photo shoot, as well as a guide for maintaining your lean and fit physique year round! The 12 week program is suitable for girls who are starting at no more than 18-20% body fat, or guys who are at no more than 15% body fat. The 16 week program is suitable girls who are starting at 22-25% body fat, guys who are no more than 18% body fat. (NOTE: If your body fat is higher than these numbers, you will want to start your journey off with the Lose Weight/Feel Great program). All fitness levels are welcome! This program is for men or women, all ages.

Fitness Model (Male or Female)/Bikini Model/Figure Competitor Prep Program

Are you ready to take that next step and compete? If you are ready to compete in a Fitness Model (Male or Female), Bikini Model or Figure Competition then our Competitor Prep Program is for you. This program includes competitor prep diet and alterations made by Micah and Diana in order to get you in your best shape for your competition. Cardio progression and strength training workouts included. Final week preparation, tanning guidance, competition day tips are included. Progress photos need to be submitted weekly to Micah and Diana. Includes Hitch Fit book and DVD as well as email support throughout your program. For the ladies, if your body fat is 18-20% body fat or less then a 12 week prep is sufficient, for the guys choose the 12 week if your body fat is no higher than 18%. For ladies or guys with body fat 22-24% 16 week program is advised. For body fat levels higher than this, a longer prep period will be required. This is NOT a prep program for bodybuilding.
