Anyone out there who is listening...JUST DO IT. It truly makes all the difference in the world. 		<description>I am actually not addicted to soda or caffeine, but I was wondering about artificial sweeteners? My mom has this thing that they are very bad for you and make you have more (either food or sugar) cravings. I feel like if you consume an excess of anything it can be bad for you. Obviously soda is already bad for you so it is a given that ANY amount of that isn&#039;t benefiting your body. I was more so looking at artificial sweeteners in crystal light and also Splenda... I don&#039;t know too much about this, but asking out of mere curiosity about these things.</description>

Nor do I do much of the Sports/Energy drinks (look for that article, too). To this day I can&#039;t wrap my mind around the fast food + Diet Coke phenomenon??</description>

		<description>Very good article, I know exactly what you are talking about. Because I drink ALOT of soda. I know it is very bad not only for your energylevels but also your teeth, your insides and even your eyesight. Not to mention that sugar attaches to the collagen in your body and break it down, this will cause wrinkles in your skin. All the illnesses you can get from sugar is really astonishing. 

I realize I have to quit all my daily sugar intake. And after reading your article I&#039;m going to do it! To give you an idea, I am drinking about 6 cans of Red Bull daily for the past 4/5 years or so.
