Zumba: A Wild Workout for Your Inner Party Animal!

There are classes for everyone: Zumba Gold for baby boomers, Zumbatomic for kids less than 12 years old, even Aqua Zumba (and that’s only naming a few)! Depending on which class you take, you can burn between 500-1000 calories in just one hour. You’ll shed those pounds without even realizing it. And of course…Zumba offers extremely cute workout clothes…because who doesn’t want to look good while busting a move?
