If you want to be fit like J.Lo, give dancing a shot. Try Zumba, an aerobic dance class filled with challenging cardio and sassy moves. You’ll have so much fun, you won’t even realize you’re working out!
Jennifer Lopez does much more than just dance to maintain her body. She’s been a long-time client of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. She trains 4-5 days a week for 60-90 minutes. She understands that to keep her curves and her muscle tone, she needs to mix cardio with weight training. If you want a body like J.Lo’s you can’t be afraid of doing some lunges, curls and squats. Get yourself a good trainer and push yourself to the limit. Work hard and enjoy the benefits of your efforts. If you eat something and it makes you feel guilty, don’t eat it again. Treat your body well and only use the right foods to fuel it. Hungry all the time? Drink plenty of water. Eight glasses a day is enough to keep you hydrated and feeling full. While we’re on the subject of drinking, it’s important to cut out all alcohol consumption. That’s one thing J. Lo is strict about. She believes you don’t need to be under the influence to have a good time. Alcohol is a poison and has no business being a part of a healthy diet. If you want a body like Jennifer Lopez, remember to eliminate alcohol and eat in moderation.
