<p>We have posted this a few times in the last few years but its very powerful and helped me personally let go of many things that were preventing me from reaching my goals. In 2005 I had suffered in a car accident and hurt my back and hip very badly. I had to quit working out and quit personal training for over 6 months. It was one of the lowest points of my life. I will not get into major detail about that stroy at this point but I started making negative choices during that time that was refelcting how I felt inside. I was never a big drinker or party type guy, before I was the guy at the club that had a protein bar in my jacket and had to leave early to get my last meal in, yeah that was me. After the crash i started drinking some which to me was excessive because i rarely drank and all of a sudden it was 2-3 drinks every weekend. I started hanging around people that made going out their lifestyle, it was posion to me and slowly I started losing everything I had built over that past 3 years.<img title="More..." src="http://hitchfit.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wordpress/img/trans.gif" alt="" /></p>
<p>In the blink of a eye I woke up one day and was Featured on the cover of Muscle and Body with my good friend Jennifer Nicole Lee. It gave me the spark I needed to Let Go. I let every single negative thing in my life go, people, places and things. It was difficult initially because you feel as if you have nothing left, when it reality you are left with what is most important, getting your life back. Since letting go my life has been amazing.  I have not had a drink of alcohol in almost 4 years, I have no reason to drink and havnt found one yet.  As i teach on a daily basis with the life coaching side of things, you must make the positive choices that are going to get you past the point you are today. You have to let go of the negative things that are holding you back. If you can make positive choices 90% of the day with every choice you make you will succeed in anything you put your mind too. Please read this and take it to heart. Look at yourself in the mirror today and make the choices you need to get yourself out of the funk you may be in</p>

<p>With 2010 already a quarter of the way finished, maybe it is time to let go of the negative and start fresh. You are the one with the control. Do what is best for you and in time you will find your happiness again.</p>
<p><strong>So when is enough enough?<br />
</strong><br />
We all go through tough things in our lives such as<br />
personal loss, bad relationships, making poor choices, not<br />
taking care of your body, mind and soul to their top<br />
potential. Why don&#8217;t you make today the 1st day you start<br />
letting go of the negative and start focusing on the<br />
positive in your life. If you want change YOU must make the<br />
choice. Don&#8217;t YOU deserve that? Don&#8217;t YOU deserve to be<br />
HAPPY?</p>

<p>Let it go for 2011</p>

<p>There are people who can walk away from you.</p>
<p>And hear me when I tell you this! When people can walk away<br />
from you: let them walk. I don&#8217;t want you to try to talk<br />
another person into staying with you, loving you, calling<br />
you, caring about you, coming to see you, staying attached<br />
to you. I mean hang up the phone.</p>
<p>When people can walk away from you let them walk. Your<br />
destiny is never tied to anybody that left.</p>
<p>The bible said that, they came out from us that it might be<br />
made manifest that they were not for us. For had they been<br />
of us, no doubt they would have continued with us. [1 John<br />
2:19]</p>
<p>People leave you because they are not joined to you. And if<br />
they are not joined to you, you can&#8217;t make them stay.</p>
<p>Let them go.</p>
<p>And it doesn&#8217;t mean that they are a bad person it just<br />
means that their part in the story is over. And you&#8217;ve got<br />
to know when people&#8217;s part in your story is over so that<br />
you don&#8217;t keep trying to raise the dead.<br />
You&#8217;ve got to know when it&#8217;s dead.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve got to know when it&#8217;s over. Let me tell you<br />
something. I&#8217;ve got the gift of good-bye. It&#8217;s the tenth<br />
spiritual gift, I believe in good-bye. It&#8217;s not that I&#8217;m<br />
hateful, it&#8217;s that I&#8217;m faithful, and I know whatever God<br />
means for me to have He&#8217;ll give it to me. And if it takes<br />
too much sweat I don&#8217;t need it. Stop begging people to<br />
stay.</p>
<p>Let them go!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to something that doesn&#8217;t belong to<br />
you and was never intended for your life, then you need<br />
to&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to past hurts and pains&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If someone can&#8217;t treat you right, love you back, and<br />
see your worth&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If someone has angered you.</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and<br />
revenge&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are involved in a wrong relationship or<br />
addiction&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your<br />
needs or talents</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you have a bad attitude&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you keep judging others to make yourself feel<br />
better&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re stuck in the past and God is trying to take you<br />
to a new level in Him&#8230;&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are struggling with the healing of a broken<br />
relationship&#8230;&#8230;.</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you keep trying to help someone who won&#8217;t even try to<br />
help themselves&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re feeling depressed and stressed&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If there is a particular situation that you are so used to<br />
handling yourself and God is saying &#8216;take your hands off of<br />
it,&#8217; then you need to&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>Let the past be the past. Forget the former things. GOD is<br />
doing a new thing for 2010!!</p>

<p>Lets move into a area that is far too neglected by mainstream health and fitness professionals, the mind. Most books or courses concentrate on the physical side of weight gain or weight loss and completely neglect the mental side of things.</p>
<p>Visualization can play an important part in gaining or losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Changing their Physique can be difficult for many people who don’t use their minds to help in the process.</p>
<p>Visualization is a powerful technique that can help you make lasting lifestyle changes. Just by &#8220;day dreaming&#8221;, you can significantly improve your chances in achieving your goals.   When we think positive and tell ourselves we can do something its more likely to happen.</p>
<p>We all at some point in our life visualize wanting the body like Greek God Statue or the Lady on the cover of your favorite magazine.  This mental image of yourself is then transferred to your subconscious mind, which in turn starts to work on your body, shaping it in accordance with your mental image.</p>
<p>This means that if you program your subconscious with a mental image of yourself as a more fit individual, through persistence your mind will accept this and aid your body to conform to this mental image.</p>
<p>Once your mind is programmed with the proper mental images, it will start to work in assisting you . I can&#8217;t stress enough how important it is for you to believe in your visualization goals. You have to let go of your past failures and refuse to entertain any negative images that come into your mind.</p>
<p>If you can visualize your body at its perfect proportions, the subconscious mind will work to make it become a reality. It will then begin to positively reinforce your body into aiding the metabolism and eating habits.</p>
<p>Programming your mind into believing that you can achieve that body you have always desired, and then putting the work in will allow this dream to come true.</p>
<p>Try to think of a different image of yourself, then let your subconscious do the work for you. If you think of your body as being out of shape all the time, then the subconscious mind will find ways to make it so.</p>
<p>The sub-conscious looks after all of all your vital functions, it is the cause of all your good and bad habits, and also regulates the muscles of the body (The muscles are controlled by the sub-conscious) and body-fat composition on the body.</p>
<p>Try to visualize your body as lean and as muscular as you would like, and your mind will work on that image.</p>

<p>Relaxation the best way to reach the sub-conscious and will slow down the mind, turn off the exterior world so as to tune in to one&#8217;s inner self. The best times for these sessions are in the morning and late at night right, just before going to sleep.</p>
<p>Perform two sessions, one in the afternoon (Primary) and the other before going to sleep (Secondary) but once a day is quite sufficient. Sessions usually last 20 minutes, which isn&#8217;t time consuming especially when taking in the benefits received.</p>
<p>It has been stated that one of these sessions is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep and upon waking you will feel revitalized and full of energy. Believe me instead of worrying about time constraints; you will be looking forward to the next session.</p>
<p>When you begin your relaxation sessions, make sure you won&#8217;t be disturbed &#8211; lock the door, take the phone off the hook and loosen all clothing. Now find a comfortable position, whether it is lying down or sitting in a comfortable chair.</p>
<p>Sitting may be preferable as you may fall asleep if you become too comfortable. You want to be conscious and not asleep in order to tap into your sub-conscious mind.</p>
<p>Try to exhale all the air from your lungs completely and then breathing in through the nose. Take ten seconds to fill the lungs with air (not to capacity, but comfortable) hold for ten seconds and then exhale slowly through the nose for another ten seconds.</p>
<p>Each one of these breathing cycles should last for 30 seconds, complete five cycles and after each cycle you will be feeling more and more relaxed.</p>
<p>Having reaching this calm relaxed state, start your visualizations. Put together images that power your emotions. Make them alive and colourful. Make the scenes as real as possible and imagine yourself as muscular and toned as possible.</p>
<p>Picture yourself 12-16 weeks from now on the beach, walking briskly and confidently to your favourite spot, your breathing is normal and relaxed. You smile to yourself; you could keep walking like this for miles without feeling fatigued.</p>
<p>You lay your towel out and begin to take your clothes off revealing a muscular or toned body. You have just bought a brand new swimming suit which just weeks before would have been lying in your closet waiting to be used.</p>
<p>Glancing around you notice the beach is busy, you catch the eye of someone of the opposite sex, they smile at you and you smile back. You walk confidently to the water and swim a couple of hundred yards with no problem or fatigue.</p>
<p>Or try this:</p>
<p>Visualize your family and friends complimenting you about how good your body looks. Try to view the scene as it is happening this instant &#8211; in the present, not in the future.</p>
<p>Using these visualizations you can construct in your mind any scene that desire. See yourself exercising, socializing, in the company of friends.</p>
<p>Try and hear people complimenting you about your new muscular body, and watch their admiring glances. Make the mental image as real as possible.</p>
<p>Remember set a goal for your ideal weight, You must want to gain weight, Visualize yourself at your ideal weight, Use positive images at every opportunity ,Practice these</p>
<p>sessions on a daily basis and over a period of ten weeks you’ll be on your way to become more fulfilled, happier and muscular.</p>

<h2 align="center"><strong>Fitness of the Mind</strong></h2>
<p>Meditation, an exercise recommended for everyone, but especially those of us with hectic, stressful lifestyles, is defined as an engagement in contemplation, especially of a spiritual or devotional nature.  Meditation has been shown to relieve stress, and promote overall good health, by simply reflecting upon our day, and finding happiness within ourselves.  This and other mind exercises help us to keep our mind fit, and functioning at top performance levels</p>
<p>Our spirituality and meditation practices are the tools we have available to keep our mind as fit as we keep our bodies.  The mind is a complicated and versatile machine, but it can become overwhelmed and unable to function correctly, if we don’t take the time to keep it cared for.</p>
<p>Our mind has varying levels of operation, known as brainwaves.  As we pass through the different stages of our day, we enter various stages of brain wave activity.  The brain uses this tool as one way to allow us time to rest our busy mind, and cope with all the pieces of information we’ve received, a way to kind of “mind file” for the day.</p>
<p>When we don’t give adequate time for these processes, or we simply don’t get enough rest, our mind cannot maintain its state of fitness, just like our bodies aren’t capable of fitness if there is no chance to rest and replenish.</p>
<p>Modern alternative medicine and holistic healers believe in the power of the energy that flows through our bodies; this energy radiates from our mind as well.  It is believed to be the chief from of transportation for our body’s nervous system to carry out communication.</p>
<p>Breathing techniques, music, aromas, and candle therapy are all ways we utilize the opportunities to reflect on our day, allow our mind to rest and replenish itself for further use.  But are these methods keeping us mentally fit?  Yes, but they don’t work alone.  The absorption of new information, new opportunities to learn, and creative play provide our mind the stimulus it needs in order to stay fit and functioning.</p>
<p>The onset of many age-related mental disorders occurs because we haven’t taken the time to keep our mind youthful, and involved in new learning.  Learning new things forces our mind to form new neural pathways.  We need those neural pathways for the transmission of information from the body to the mind, or with our ability to form new memories.  If we don’t exercise the mind, we lose the fitness.</p>
<p>We must remember over the course of our daily routine, to make time to maintain mental fitness, as we strive to maintain physical fitness. The nice thing about the whole process is that, as we go about accomplishing these tasks, quite often the opportunities for preservation and care are interchangeable.  We can help to quite our mind as we take our twenty minute walk.  Or we have the opportunity to build muscle strength as we meditate.</p>
<p>Often just the opportunity to listen to music will allow our mind the chance it needs to relax and regroup.  It’s not always the most formal of occasions that we find an available chance to reflect and listen to that inner voice.  It can be in the middle of the day, with the wind blowing through your hair, and the radio turned up really loud!</p>

<h2 align="center"><strong>Fitness of the Body</strong></h2>
<p>Bodily fitness is being able to deal with and handle the daily stresses of life, good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and habits.  Nutrition refers to the nurturing of our body, in our ability to keep it healthy and functioning as it is supposed to do.  Our ability to provide the body with all the necessary food, vitamins, and minerals so that we continue to thrive in our daily life processes is a part of overall fitness.  Fitness refers to the condition of good physical, mental, and spiritual health.</p>
<p>Fitness of the body occurs when all the body processes, physical and mental are functioning as the peak levels. What does it take to achieve complete body fitness? It requires more than simply taking a trip to the gym, or a walk in the park.</p>
<p>Many factors come into play when we consider our body’s fitness. The daily intake of food, vitamins, and water are absolute necessities, and most often the items thought about.  What about the conditioning of our body to deal with life each day?</p>
<p>Does our physical exercise have anything to do with the fitness of our body? Absolutely.  For one condition without regard to the other, is not a complete whole.  The body includes all of our physical processes, our mind, and our physical being as a whole.  When we give thought to the fitness of the body, most often we contemplate our physical condition as it applies to our cardiovascular needs and our weight.  But our bodies are much more than heart and a nice figure.  What about all of our other organs?  Are they fit? How do we maintain a fitness of the entirety?  Daily physical exercise that benefits the body as a whole, taking time to rest and restore what has been depleted from our body over the course of the day, and making sure that we adequately supply our entire body with the nutrition necessary for healthy function.</p>
<p>If we use our resources wisely and educate our selves about the things our body needs to maintain fitness, over the course of our life, it isn’t a difficult thing to attain. But you cannot abuse your body for years, and then hope for immediate results in trying to attain overall fitness.  It didn’t become unfit overnight, and it won’t become fit again that quickly.</p>
<p>Proper attention to the physical needs of each part of your body results in the fitness of the whole.  Every part of your physical body exists to work in unison with another part of the body.  Two hands are necessary for optimal functioning of the limbs, two feet, two eyes, etc.  The physical body is designed to work better than any machine invented to date.  It is more complex and powerful than any piece of equipment we have on the market.  It takes more abuse than believable, and continues to operate, even without the daily requirements being met, for several days.  It is a fascinating machine, as machines go.  But it is an even more fascinating subject, when we choose to care for our bodies as the temples they really are.  They house our mind and soul, and when the body is fit, it does its job tremendously well.</p>

<h2 align="center"><strong>Fitness of the Spirit</strong></h2>
<p>Fitness of the spirit refers to our ability to cope with the everyday stresses and strains of living our life.  Quite often, the ability to cope overwhelms us, and if we don’t give sufficient time to the fitness of the spirit, or soul, we lose our ability to function properly.</p>
<p>Today, the evidence of that inability exists in the form of anxiety attacks.  The attacks can range from extremely mild to unbelievably severe.  What is happening to us when we experience anxiety attacks?  Our system goes into a form of shock.  I refer to as a sort of “soul shock”; nothing is physically wrong that should cause us to become ill, and nothing is wrong mentally that should cause us to experience the panic; it is within our spirit that we have lost control.</p>
<p>This loss of control can be momentary, or it can last for years.  The most debilitating part of the process is the inability to function even in the most usual of routines.  Short trips to the grocery store become impossible, because of the panic they create within the person.</p>
<p>Having witnessed these panic attacks for a brief period of time, I can attest to their reality.  It is a frightening event that only serves to add to the panic.  The person experiencing these attacks feels as if they have lost control over their ability to function.  They cannot meet deadlines; they aren’t able to provide for their family, there are a host of reasons that cause us to come to the place of loss of control.</p>
<p>I believe the hectic pace of life in this 21<sup>st</sup> century only serves to enhance the need to give our spirit, our soul, our inner voice a chance to be heard.  We drown out any opportunity to connect with ourselves during the course of our day, because we schedule everything, multi-task everything, and leave no down time for a conversation with our self.  It’s impossible to listen to your inner needs, if you’re talking on the phone, listening to the radio, or interacting with your children.</p>
<p>At the same time this era has taken from us any chance meeting of our spiritual needs, it has also provided more opportunity for planned downtime.  We have audio, video, and even massage clinics that offer us the chance to slow down and connect with our inner self. Never before has there been so much available to help us help our selves.  What is the hold up?  The biggest detriment is our lack of discipline and devotion to our own health and well-being.  What we tend to forget during this age of super-human feats, is that the only way to sustain the super-human person, is to keep that person, all aspects of that person, well.</p>
<p>Fitness comes through concentrated effort, discipline, and devotion, to our body, mind and soul.  The fitness of our spirit or soul affects all other parts of our person, as evidenced in the presence of panic attacks, mental breakdowns, and the inability to cope.  The need to attend to our fitness needs should be added to our daily “to do” list, so that we schedule in enough time for our selves!  You have to Take time each day and relax, focus on things not related to stress!!  A Healthy Spirit helps a Healthy mind and Healthy Body</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">It has been 2 weeks since winning the Wbff World Championships and I have been getting all sorts of questions about how I stayed so motivated with so much craziness going on in my life.  This past year was one of the most insane busy years of my life.  We Hosted the <a href="http://hitchfit.com/2011-05-26/news/recap-of-the-wbff-central-us-championships/">Wbff Us Central Championships</a>, we are running 2 growing businesses, Had our wedding and comp prep to get on the biggest fitness stage in the world.  It was madness but we kept our mind fully focused on making sure we made the best choices day in day out.  Eating as perfect as possible, training as hard as we could and living a lifestyle that would help us WIN.. Diana did super amazing as well Winning 2nd Place in the World in Diva Fitness Model.</p>

<p>Motivation is a word we hear in the fitness industry all the time.  When a person ceases to make the choices necessary to reach a goal they claimed to have, one of the most common excuses for lack of adherence is “loss of motivation”.</p>
<p>Motivation is a driving force that either comes from within you, or from an external pressure that compels you to make the necessary choices and take the actions that will enable you to achieve the goal at hand. Losing motivation suggests that the reasons for achieving your goal are actually not important enough to your well being or life to take the required actions.</p>
<p>When working with clients, one of the first topics we cover in their initial consultation concerns motivation. WHY are they here, what is the force that’s driving them to come to me for help, and why is making these changes so important for their health, happiness and increased enjoyment of life?</p>
<p>It’s far too easy for you to say that you want something in this life, the majority of the population “wants” to lose weight, “wants” to get fit, “wants” to be healthy, but wanting and being motivated to actually take action are two completely separate deals.</p>
<p>Bottom line is that if you want something badly enough, and are actually willing to make the changes and do the work to achieve it, your first step towards success is being clear about what is motivating you. Whether you are motivated by an inner drive to excel and be your personal best, or whether you are motivated by an external factor such as your doctor telling you that you will die 10 years early if you don’t make change in your life. Be clear about what your motivators are, this way when the going gets tough a quick review of goals and motivation can aid you to get back on track.</p>

<p><strong>To avoid falling off the wagon, or losing your motivation in the first place, here are 25 tips to help you maintain your motivation to achieve your goals once you have established where your specific drive is coming from.</strong></p>
<p>1. <strong>Develop a positive      attitude</strong>: The first thing you need to achieve your goals is a positive      attitude. Negativity towards what is necessary to achieve what you want in      life will only set you up for failure. Stay focused on the positive, write      down the positives that are in your life right now, and all the wonderful      things that you will achieve, feel and see happen in your life when you      make the right choices day in and day out. Your attitude towards anything      in life is completely under your control, take charge of that power and      you can see the upside of any situation.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Identify your      obstacles</strong>:  You may have been making      excuses for years as to why you don’t possess the power and responsibility      to make the choices necessary to achieve your goals. Be sure to own up to      the excuses you have been making and identify them as obstacles that you      can now overcome. Early on identify the obstacles that are going to pop up      along the way, and come up with strategies that you will incorporate to      get around them when they happen.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Find an exercise mode that      you enjoy</strong>: There are plentiful ways that you can train in order to achieve      your fitness goals. It’s important for you to try new things and find      methods that you enjoy. Waking up every day dreading what you have to do      is going to push you towards skipping your training. Whether it’s strength      training in the gym, playing your favorite sport or heading out for a hike      or bike ride, figure out what is going to energize you and that you will      adhere to.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Exercise with a friend</strong>: This      is a great way to stay accountable.       Especially early on in your training, you may be more motivated by      knowing that someone is at the gym or on the hiking trail waiting for you.      Working out with a loved one or a friend can be rewarding in many      ways.  This can help your      relationship become closer and you both can get in shape and become      healthier.   Many people feel      nervous when going to a new gym so signing up with a friend can cut all      the nervousness out.</p>
<p>5. <strong>Set realistic goals</strong>:  Goal setting is crucial, much like your      job you will have goals, quotas or projections that you want to meet.  Set goals that are attainable for you,      set short term goals and long term goals. Do not set goals that are out of      reach as that will set you up for disappointment. For example, don’t shoot      to lose 40 pounds in a month, you want to set goals that are going to get      you on a healthy track and keep you on that track for the rest of your      life.</p>
<p>6. <strong>Compete</strong>:  Competing is a great way to push yourself      to new levels, it adds a level of excitement to attaining your goals, and      knowing that those who you are competing against may be out there working      harder than you, or that slacking on your training will prevent you from      finishing a race or winning an ultimate prize, you will find you are much      more motivated to stay on track.</p>
<p>7. <strong>Educate</strong>: The more educated      you are about how your body works, and about how nutrition affects and      changes your body, the easier it will be for you to make good choices      about your own personal health and fitness. Ignorance is bliss, until it      leads to health issues, self esteem issues, and/or disappointment in what      you have allowed your body to become. The information you need to achieve      your goals is out there, it’s just up to you to seek it out.</p>
<p>8. <strong>Move</strong>:  The only way you are going to add that      muscle, drop body fat and transform your physique is to MOVE.  If an hour of exercise seems daunting at      first, just get moving for 5 minutes, you will find that once you get your      body in action it is much easier to keep it going.</p>
<p>9. <strong>Change your scenery</strong>: Revamp      your workouts by having a change of scenery. Go to a different gym to      switch things up or take your training outside.</p>
<p>10. <strong>Try something new</strong>: Getting      into a steady workout routine as part of your day to day life is      absolutely beneficial, but to avoid boredom don’t be afraid to try      something new. Maybe you’ve always wanted to try yoga or learn karate or      try out that cool kickboxing class. Mix things up and keep them fresh by      branching out and trying something you’ve always wanted to.</p>
<p>11. <strong>Listen to music</strong>: Studies      show that music elevates your mood and can enhance your workouts. Having      your favorite beats playing while you are strength training or doing      cardio can help you keep going even when you are tired. If you are slowing      down or thinking of prematurely quitting, kick on one of your favorite      songs and you will get a surge of rejuvenation.</p>
<p>12. <strong>Track your measurements      and workouts</strong>: When you first set out to achieve your goals, be sure to      know where you are starting from so that you will know how much progress      you have made over the course of time. Track your stats and measurements      and track your workouts. It’s exciting to see when you could only do 4      push ups on day one and 12 weeks later you can do 50! If you don’t track      your progress you will not know how far you have come. If you are having a      tough day, a great way to get reenergized is by checking your stats and      seeing positive progress in the right direction, letting you know that      your hard work is paying off.</p>
<p>13. <strong>Take Pictures</strong>: When you      start out on a fitness journey, it is highly likely that you will hate      your starting point, regardless of what that might be. The majority of      people are motivated to visually look better, so seeing the condition of      their current physique can be difficult. Nevertheless this is a critical      piece of the puzzle, to actually SEE the changes in your body instead of      just FEEL them is very powerful. Take pictures every 2-4 weeks to see the      change in your body. Post your pictures someplace that you can see them      every day so that you will remember why you are making the right choices      day in and day out.</p>
<p>14. <strong>Journal your nutrition</strong>: When you are      working towards attaining a fitness or health goal, 80% of your success is      going to depend on the eating choices that you are making on a day to day      basis. Stay on track and motivated by writing down all that you eat in a      given day, this will also help you avoid mindlessly snacking or going over      the amount of calories that you should be taking in per day.</p>
<p>15. <strong>Reward yourself</strong>:  The internal rewards of achieving a      fitness goal are great, however giving yourself an external reward can      increase your motivation even further. A couple ideas to positively      reinforce without having a fitness setback are purchasing a new pair of      running shoes or workout clothes, or enjoying some pampering at the spa.</p>
<p>16. <strong>Schedule your workouts</strong>: We      all have extremely busy lives. Our time is consumed by jobs, families and      any number of activities which will easily pull our attention away from      taking work out time for ourselves. Putting your health and fitness on the      back burner just sets you up for long term health issues and unhappiness.      Your fitness IS important, so take the time to schedule your workouts into      your day. Treat it as an important appointment that you can’t miss, and      make sure you get it done!</p>
<p>17. <strong>Find your right time</strong>: You      may be a morning person or perhaps you are an evening person. Regardless      of which time of day you find yourself most energized, you can achieve      your goals. Plan your training schedule accordingly so that you hit your      workout of choice at the time when you feel strongest and most eager to      exercise.</p>
<p>18. <strong>Eliminate negatives</strong>:      Cutting negative people, places and circumstances out of your life will      open you up for more positives. To the best of your ability, avoid      negative people who would put you down, negative places that cause you to      fall off track or put you in a bad mood, and negative circumstances that      can lead you to emotional stress and poor choice making. Cutting all      negatives in your life out may not be an option, but do your best to      eliminate as many of them as possible.</p>
<p>19. <strong>Get creative in the      kitchen</strong>: Eating healthy is crucial to your fitness success, and good foods      can taste great. The only way you are going to enjoy eating healthy for a      lifetime is if you find foods that you enjoy eating on a daily basis. Find      ways of preparing your foods that please your palate. You’ve got options      including but not limited to, grilling, baking or steaming. Hit up the      spices aisle at your local grocery store and find some new ways to flavor      your meats and veggies, there are loads of options out there.</p>
<p>20. <strong>Be prepared</strong>: Preparation      is the key to your success if you are serious about achieving fitness      goals. If you are consistently unprepared, meaning you don’t have the      right foods available at the right times, or you forgot your gym clothes,      then you can easily lose your motivation and fall off track. Schedule the      time on weekends or during your “down” times to cook your foods and having      them ready to go when you need them. Tupperware to store these items in      your fridge or freezer as well as a small cooler so you can take your food      with you to work or out running errands will help you stay on track.</p>
<p>21. <strong>Talk to your family</strong>:      Family support can be one of the make or break aspects to achieving your      fitness goals. A home filled with naysayers is difficult to avoid, so it’s      important that early on in your journey you sit them down, have a heart to      heart explaining your goals and why they are important to you. Explain      that you need their support in order to achieve them. If this doesn’t      work, you CAN still achieve your goals, it will just be a matter of      tapping into a deeper level of inner strength.</p>
<p>22. <strong>Join an online fitness community</strong>:      When you are working towards a fitness goal, it helps when you know there      are others out there working towards similar aspirations and struggling      with similar obstacles. Having an online support team can be especially      important if you are lacking encouragement at home.</p>
<p>23. <strong>Find a great personal      trainer</strong>:  Having a quality trainer      to motivate you and guide you can be the piece of the puzzle that will get      you to your goals. A good trainer will be able to help you set goals; and      guide you on the lifestyle, eating and exercise choices that will get you      there. Knowing that you have a trainer there to teach you, push you, hold      you accountable and keep you on track can absolutely help you get to your goals      if this is something that is within your budget. There are also online      training programs (such as what we offer at Hitch Fit) which enable you to      virtually work with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of one on      one. You still have them there to guide you, answer your questions and      help you stay on track, so if money is an issue this can be an effective      way to get to your goals by working with a trainer at a much lower rate.</p>
<p>24. <strong>Practice positive      affirmations</strong>: Belief in yourself is critical to your success. You may      doubt your ability and find yourself engaging in negative self talk. If      that is the case then you must begin positive affirmations on a daily      basis. When  positively affirming be      sure that you use present tense such as “I am” rather than “I will”. Come      up with a list of 5-10 positive affirmations about yourself and repeat      them on a daily basis. Over time these positive thoughts will become      engrained in your mind and will be a natural part of how you think of      yourself. Even if you already have a positive though process, affirmations      can make your mind even more powerful over your ability to succeed at your      goals.</p>
<p>25. <strong>Create habits and focus on      lifestyle</strong>: When it comes to weight loss you don’t want to just lose weight      for a short period of time only to gain it all back. Look at your new      healthy eating and exercise choices as your new powerful, positive and      healthy lifestyle, not as something you are just doing briefly. Focus on      creating new habits and embracing a new way of living. Visualize making      these healthy choices not just today and tomorrow, but picture yourself in      one year, five years or ten years making these same choices and still      living the life that imagine for yourself.</p>

<p>Is Your Mind Playing Tricks?</p>
<p>We get many emails weekly from people who are saying they have issues with staying on track, losing weight, feeling great.  I think a majority of the time we are thinking about what we are eating, what we are doing for activity but one of the most powerful tools you can have is controlling your mind.</p>
<p>Diana and I are Top Pro Level competitors, every year starting in early summer we start prepping for our competition which is generally 8-12 weeks away from start date.  The toughest part is not the workouts or even the diet but controlling your mind and staying disciplined enough to get our bodies to a top level.  The minute you wake up in the morning you see things that can be tempting, the latest commercial showing a new sandwich at your favorite restaurant, watching a talk show and they are teaching you how to make the best snicker doodle, watching the guy from Man vs. Food throw down 10000 calories in 45 minutes.  It’s everywhere and your mind will come into play and tell you “awe one cookie won’t hurt&#8221;.  It’s not the one cookie that hurts it’s the rest of the bag you ate because you had the one and caved in.  Negatives are typically always followed by other negatives.  Yes we battle this too but never will make it an excuse on to why we failed; we failed because we allowed our mind to play trick on us.</p>
<p>Emotional Eaters is a phrase i here quite often.  I was stressed out so I ate pizza, I was having a bad day so I decided to eat a whole cake, why are you sabotaging yourself daily?  Your mind is taking over and causing you to continue the patterns you feel are helping cope with the issue instead of just dealing with it.  When you get down, stressed , have a bad day, do something productive, then go have a full healthy meal.  Remember tomorrow is a new day and you have control of how you want to make it.</p>
<p>Over the course of our life, our senses and our environment come together to enrich our mind, and to sometimes overwhelm our mind.  Much of the knowledge we acquire comes to us through our senses.  As children, we use the senses daily to absorb as much as possible.  The mind is a voraciously hungry, empty den when we are young.</p>
<p>As we age, we depend greatly upon our senses to inform us about the world around us; hot, cold, sweet, sour, bitter, loud, soft, so many of our perceptions and actions begin with input from our five senses.  There is another sense that isn’t given much attention, thanks to the fact that it is centered within our body, not on the outside.  But, if used properly, provides us with as much valuable information as the sense of smell, taste, touch, sight, and hearing.</p>
<p>Our intuition is our sixth sense. It refers to the ability to tune into the unseen world of sensing. All the other senses require a physical origin of input; our intuition does not.  It requires not physical presence of an object in order for us to obtain information about the object.  Thanks to the fact that we live in a materialistic world, and that most of our knowledge is dominated by the western traditions and beliefs, our ability to use our intuition is a lost art.</p>
<p>The eastern cultures have long used the sense of intuition and the flow of the body’s natural energies to utilize the intuitive information available.  The western civilizations are slow to realize the role our intuition can play in our overall health, just because it is not a “seen” source of input.</p>
<p>Often, our mind can seemingly play tricks on our sensory perceptions, when we fail to utilize all aspects of the six senses, we often miss some piece of the puzzle, and what seems to be complete and correct, if often lacking.</p>
<p>There are at times physical conditions that cause our senses to operate incorrectly, and we don’t process the information correctly.  This happens when we are functioning at less than optimum levels.  Often this occurs during times of sickness, extreme fatigue, or due to a lack of sleep.  It is at this point, that we believe our mind to play tricks on us.  We believe we are receiving certain input, and in all actuality, we are not.</p>
<p>This is why keeping our bodies well, fit, and healthy keeps us in a reception mode to accurately process input from the outside world.  It is through this accurate perception of intake that we are able to deal effectively with the world around us.  All this culminates to come to this statement: in order to keep ourselves healthy and well, we must be able to accurately process input from the world around us.  It is when we lose perspective, and don’t accurately “see” things as they really are that we are more likely to experience feelings of ill-health, mental unrest, and this can lead to actually becoming ill.</p>
<p>Our overall wellness depends upon our ability to not only cope with our selves, but to perceive reality as it really is.</p>

<p>Being able to deal with and handle the daily stresses of life is a benefit afforded to the fit person.  Making sure we take the time to accommodate our needs for stress relief, such as downtime, therapy time, massage time, or simply take the time for a nice, hot bath.  The body tends to retain stress in the muscles of the shoulder and back.  Taking the time to relax, do relaxation exercises, and combine this with physical exercise for the entire body benefits the fit and unfit.</p>
<p>The added exertion of physical exercise is often the catalyst our bodies needed to boost weight loss into high gear. For the individual trying to loose weight, the benefits of being fit far exceed an infringement on personal time, or detraction from television time that occurs.  Not only is it good for your body, when you’re trying to cut back, it gives you something constructive to do with your time.  Exercise also decreases our hunger pangs, increases our fluid intake, and helps our blood to circulate much better.</p>
<p>The peace of mind that comes from knowing your body is in top shape, ready to deal whatever comes along, is a priceless possession.  To be able to ascertain that you’ve spent your day wisely, and invested in yourself is a real accomplishment.  The benefit seen from adding just 20 minutes of exercise to your daily routine are unbelievable.  I can attest to the tremendous increase in energy, as a participant in walking for exercise. I see it everyday at Hitch Fit.  People coming in with no energy and out of shape then they start working out, start eating right and now they are full of energy and clear minded.  Food is your fuel for both your body and your mind, if you fuel it correctly it will run at its top level.  There is no better feeling then waking up everyday ready to start the day, excited to start the day and happy.</p>
<p>Raised self-esteem and confidence in your appearance are also benefits to keeping a fit body.  A fit and healthy individual shines in how they look, how they treat others, and the pleasure they take in going about their daily activities.</p>
<p>How about the benefits of a fit mind?  The onset of many age-related mental disorders occurs because we haven’t taken the time to keep our mind youthful, and involved in new learning.  Learning new things forces our mind to form new neural pathways.  We need those neural pathways for the transmission of information from the body to the mind, or with our ability to form new memories.  If we don’t exercise the mind, we lose the fitness.   There’s also the added benefit of being able to participate as a productive citizen, well into our retirement years.  For many older citizens, keeping their bodies and minds fit means that they are also able to continue to interact in their chosen work profession, keeping them continually active, and serving as a continued source of enjoyment.</p>

<p>Many people will visit the Hitch Fit site and see before and after pics writing comments like “I want to look like them” While this is great there is a huge difference in Looking FIT and being WELL.  Being healthy inside is more important to us then the outside look.  We can show changes from a visual standpoint but what we cannot show you is how healthy and great these people feel.</p>
<p>Wellness refers to the condition of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and habits.  Nutrition refers to the nurturing of our body, in our ability to keep it healthy and functioning as it is supposed to do.  Our ability to provide the body with all the necessary food, vitamins, and minerals so that we continue to thrive in our daily life processes.  <strong>But do we know if we are really well?  How do we tell? </strong></p>
<p><strong>The first place to start would be with the examination of your eating habits</strong>.  Since we are a product of what we eat, if our eating habits are unhealthy, or do not provide for the nutrition we need, we’re not going to be healthy individuals at the end of the process. You will not be clear minded, your energy levels will be low and you will not look the way you want to.</p>
<p><strong>Do you take in more calories than your body needs?</strong> Are you supplementing your vitamins and minerals to make sure you are getting your recommended daily allowances?  If you’re not making the most basic of efforts to take care of your nutritional needs, you aren’t a well individual.  You may not look sick, you may not have any noticeable symptoms of ill-health, but you’re not the well individual you could be.  Find a good multi Vitamin to add to your daily nutrition.  This will ensure you get the necessary nutrients to keep you healthy.</p>
<p><strong>Next, you might want to look at your exercise habits, if there are any.</strong> If there aren’t any exercise routines to examine, no wellness.  Everyone, no matter what their age, benefits from exercise.  It keeps our bodies conditioned, our mental sharpness working at top speed, and thanks to the physical aspect, we get a boost to our cardio health, extra calorie burn, and more oxygen to those cells!  Our average age of client that comes to see us is around 43 years old.  It’s never too late to start a fitness lifestyle.  It’s about you being stronger and full of energy</p>

<p><strong>What about the stress levels in your life?</strong> Do work in an environment with high levels of stress?  Is your personal life a source of comfort or does it add to your stress levels?  Do you engage in some form of stress-relieving activity?  Stress is the number on contributor to heart attacks and strokes, since they manage to speed up the affect of the real culprits.  Stress is basically an out of control situation for most adults today.  We manage to schedule every moment of our free time, and leave ourselves with no time for quiet reflection, or time to deal with life’s unexpected emergencies.  I always talk about controllable and uncontrollable, if there are people, Places or things in your life that are constantly bringing you down or stressing you out then you need to let these things go if possible, if not find a way to keep distance.  You need to be able to breathe and make choices that can allow you to grow.</p>
<p>Stress brings us to the next two topics of health abuse.  Smoking and drinking are often used to offset the effect that stress has on our nervous system.  These solutions however do not provide any real help.  If you smoke, drink, or lose sleep to excess, you’re not the well individual you could be.  Smoking, drinking, and loss of sleep work to our detriment, and it takes extreme discipline to stop.  Smoking fills our body with carcinogens, and works to keep us tired and lethargic.  You never mix a negative with a negative; it will only snowball in a very bad way leading to other negatives.  Instead of drinking or smoking, go to the gym and have a good workout.  It’s a great stress reliever</p>
<p>So now I want you to look at your everyday life.  Are you making good positive choices to ensure you are WELL and FIT?  You may feel trapped or scared to fail.  It’s time to break this chain.  Remember you have the power to make this happen you just have to be ready and willing to do what it takes.  It will take hard work, cutting out some things and readjusting what is comfortable to you now but what is most important is that you are healthy and happy for YOU and your family.</p>

<p>In life we go through things I call uncontrollables, such as a family member dying, slipping and breaking your arm, getting laid off at work. These are all things that we have no control over and can at times put us into a state of depression, stress and negativity. I wanted to share a story about myself that happened in August of 2009  in which I had an uncontrollable situation occur having all of these sorts of feeling and negative urges yet in the end it all turned out positive.</p>
<p>So let’s rewind to May 2009. Diana had said she planned on competing at the Wbff World Championships and asked if it was something I wanted to do. My first reaction was no. It’s not my thing, I do not have the passion for it and how will I fit the time in. After about 2-3 weeks I decided I wanted to go for it. I was competing in the Male Fitness category. I would have to get my mind and body connected in a way to not only look the best I could but mentally be as strong as I could be. To those of you who have competed you understand how physically and mentally draining it can be. I started training very hard and switching my diet. About 8 weeks before the we got a huge opportunity; it was time to Open Hitch Fit Gym here in Kansas City. I knew I would have to put my Training on the backburner for about 2-3 weeks because we had to flip the gym head to toe with new paint, floors, signs, equipment, everything. We were working 16-20 hours a day during that period of time and did not have the time to train properly or stick on the diet I needed to. We got through that and started finding the balance again.</p>

<p>Then the Unthinkable happened, On August 27th I woke up in the morning feeling very sick and one of my arms was about 2 inches bigger then the other. My first reaction was I thought I got bit by a poisonous spider. After a few days it was only getting worse. I was unable to sleep it was one of the most painful things i have ever gone though. I was left with no range of motion, I couldnt even scratch my head. I would wake up in the middle of the night sweating and with chills at the same time. I checked myself into a hospital. The Dr. didn’t really look at it and made a quick assumption. He scripted me some mild antibiotics and sent me on my way. After about 5 days of taking the meds I was still getting worse. I went from being able to bench press 380 lbs to not being able to do 1 pushup literally overnight. I refused to quit but I started questioning if this was going to keep me off stage. I got a second Dr. to look at it and she instantly said that is not a spider bite that is a staff infection and one of the worst ones she had ever seen. If not treated in a period of time you could lose your arm. She got me on the strongest antibiotic on the market and took great care in making sure it was working. The infection slowly started going away but I had all this excess fluid under my skin. I used to laugh and say I look like Popeye. After about 10 days it was still there and still had pain. At this point I felt there was no way I was going to be able to compete and almost pulled out. I was going to have to get cut open to get the infection and drain my arm. I would have to get stitches which meant that I could not get on stage because I could possibly re-infect it. The morning before the surgery I woke up and the infection was gone, it was like a miracle. My arm had 100% motion and I was able to do pushups. I got very emotional at that point because in a blink of an eye all my hard work getting ready for this show was wasted then the next blink I WAS BACK!!!!  Everyday I felt like quitting, but I knew it was the easy way out.  I never took that route nor could I look back and say I didnt give it my all.</p>

<p>From that day forward I worked my tail off training 3 times a day and got on a very strict diet. I had 13 days to get somewhat presentable on stage. I had to lean on many peoples shoulders through this few weeks, Diana was always a positive foundation for me, family, friends and clients all chipped in to keep me focused on what they knew I needed. I had a goal and I never quit. No matter if I had one arm or not I was going to step on stage. I remember working out with only the right side of my body and training my clients with one arm. I said well if I lose my arm then I will just have to market myself as the best 1 armed personal trainer/ fitness model in the world <img src='http://hitchfit.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . I got my body to 192 lbs at about 4% body fat. I ended up finishing 8th out of 30 which I was very disappointed about the placing but also felt very accomplished with what I had overcome and actually getting myself on stage..</p>
<p>I was on stage with 30 of the top Fitness Models in the World but it was like the only person I was really competing against was myself. I was fighting to compete or not compete. I didn’t want the disappointment of losing and people saying better luck next time. This to me was not about everyone else. This was more about me fighting through what I did and beating it. I was chosen by Status Fitness Magazine to shoot for their publication and also become a writer for them.. Stepping on stage that night opened that door.  Every ounce of pain that I had to go through was worth it in the end.</p>
<p>What I did gain out of this experience was more then being able to step on stage. It was a personal victory for me. At times our minds have us thinking the worse, feeling like we cannot overcome something. I had those sorts of thoughts. Then when you say enough is enough, that is the point where you start progressing. Whatever you may be dealing with in your life, I promise you in time you too will step on stage and shine</p>
<p>If you are going through painful times try to keep your mind positive and work to get past it.  Believe that you can accomplish anything no matter what obstacle you have in front of you.   Its ok to have some worry, some set back, being discouraged, everyone has emotion but you have to be stronger then whatever is thrown at you!!!</p>

When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a <strong>REASON</strong>, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.</p>

They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. 		<title>Let It Go in 2011</title>

<p>We have posted this a few times in the last few years but its very powerful and helped me personally let go of many things that were preventing me from reaching my goals. In 2005 I had suffered in a car accident and hurt my back and hip very badly. I had to quit working out and quit personal training for over 6 months. It was one of the lowest points of my life. I will not get into major detail about that stroy at this point but I started making negative choices during that time that was refelcting how I felt inside. I was never a big drinker or party type guy, before I was the guy at the club that had a protein bar in my jacket and had to leave early to get my last meal in, yeah that was me. After the crash i started drinking some which to me was excessive because i rarely drank and all of a sudden it was 2-3 drinks every weekend. I started hanging around people that made going out their lifestyle, it was posion to me and slowly I started losing everything I had built over that past 3 years.<span id="more-2139"></span></p>
<p>In the blink of a eye I woke up one day and was Featured on the cover of Muscle and Body with my good friend Jennifer Nicole Lee. It gave me the spark I needed to Let Go. I let every single negative thing in my life go, people, places and things. It was difficult initially because you feel as if you have nothing left, when it reality you are left with what is most important, getting your life back. Since letting go my life has been amazing.  I have not had a drink of alcohol in almost 4 years, I have no reason to drink and havnt found one yet.  As i teach on a daily basis with the life coaching side of things, you must make the positive choices that are going to get you past the point you are today. You have to let go of the negative things that are holding you back. If you can make positive choices 90% of the day with every choice you make you will succeed in anything you put your mind too. Please read this and take it to heart. Look at yourself in the mirror today and make the choices you need to get yourself out of the funk you may be in</p>

<p>With 2010 already a quarter of the way finished, maybe it is time to let go of the negative and start fresh. You are the one with the control. Do what is best for you and in time you will find your happiness again.</p>
<p><strong>So when is enough enough?<br />
</strong><br />
We all go through tough things in our lives such as<br />
personal loss, bad relationships, making poor choices, not<br />
taking care of your body, mind and soul to their top<br />
potential. Why don&#8217;t you make today the 1st day you start<br />
letting go of the negative and start focusing on the<br />
positive in your life. If you want change YOU must make the<br />
choice. Don&#8217;t YOU deserve that? Don&#8217;t YOU deserve to be<br />
HAPPY?</p>

<p>Let it go for 2011</p>

<p>There are people who can walk away from you.</p>
<p>And hear me when I tell you this! When people can walk away<br />
from you: let them walk. I don&#8217;t want you to try to talk<br />
another person into staying with you, loving you, calling<br />
you, caring about you, coming to see you, staying attached<br />
to you. I mean hang up the phone.</p>
<p>When people can walk away from you let them walk. Your<br />
destiny is never tied to anybody that left.</p>
<p>The bible said that, they came out from us that it might be<br />
made manifest that they were not for us. For had they been<br />
of us, no doubt they would have continued with us. [1 John<br />
2:19]</p>
<p>People leave you because they are not joined to you. And if<br />
they are not joined to you, you can&#8217;t make them stay.</p>
<p>Let them go.</p>
<p>And it doesn&#8217;t mean that they are a bad person it just<br />
means that their part in the story is over. And you&#8217;ve got<br />
to know when people&#8217;s part in your story is over so that<br />
you don&#8217;t keep trying to raise the dead.<br />
You&#8217;ve got to know when it&#8217;s dead.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve got to know when it&#8217;s over. Let me tell you<br />
something. I&#8217;ve got the gift of good-bye. It&#8217;s the tenth<br />
spiritual gift, I believe in good-bye. It&#8217;s not that I&#8217;m<br />
hateful, it&#8217;s that I&#8217;m faithful, and I know whatever God<br />
means for me to have He&#8217;ll give it to me. And if it takes<br />
too much sweat I don&#8217;t need it. Stop begging people to<br />
stay.</p>
<p>Let them go!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to something that doesn&#8217;t belong to<br />
you and was never intended for your life, then you need<br />
to&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to past hurts and pains&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If someone can&#8217;t treat you right, love you back, and<br />
see your worth&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If someone has angered you.</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to some thoughts of evil and<br />
revenge&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are involved in a wrong relationship or<br />
addiction&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are holding on to a job that no longer meets your<br />
needs or talents</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you have a bad attitude&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you keep judging others to make yourself feel<br />
better&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re stuck in the past and God is trying to take you<br />
to a new level in Him&#8230;&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you are struggling with the healing of a broken<br />
relationship&#8230;&#8230;.</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you keep trying to help someone who won&#8217;t even try to<br />
help themselves&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re feeling depressed and stressed&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>If there is a particular situation that you are so used to<br />
handling yourself and God is saying &#8216;take your hands off of<br />
it,&#8217; then you need to&#8230;..</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>Let the past be the past. Forget the former things. GOD is<br />
doing a new thing for 2010!!</p>
<p>LET IT GO!!!</p>
<p>Take this to heart and start new by letting go what is holding you back</p>
