About the Hitch Fit Trainers: Micah LaCerte and Diana Chaloux

Hi there and welcome to Hitch Fit! We wanted to share a little bit of information with you here about who we are and what we are all about. Hitch Fit is not just a weight loss program, it is truly a lifestyle, not just for us, but for all of our Hitch Fit clients both online and in person. Whether or not you become a Hitch Fit client we hope that through this website, our social networks or videos and articles, we can aid you in achieving your fitness goals and truly embracing a fit and healthy lifestyle!

Here’s our story in a nutshell:

Prior to meeting, falling in love, and teaming up to build their business Hitch Fit, Micah LaCerte and Diana Chaloux both possessed an unwavering passion for the fitness industry. When this dynamic duo joined forces in their efforts to educate, motivate and inspire others to make positive, healthy changes to their lifestyles, they quickly became a fitness power couple. The transformation formula created for the Hitch Fit Online and In Person Training Programs, culminated from the combined 20+ years of experience and knowledge of Micah and Diana, has spread like wild fire, both on a national level and globally.

Micah and Diana reside in Kansas City, MO, where they conduct one on one personal training at the Hitch Fit Gym facility, and currently have a team of 10 trainers who all conduct “transformation” training at the two Hitch Fit locations. In 2010 Hitch Fit aided Kansas City residents in shedding over 2000 pounds of fat, Hitch Fit has a growing reputation as being the “Gym of Transformations”.

Micah and Diana began the online training program aspect of Hitch Fit in February 2009, this has been an amazing opportunity to work with people worldwide and aid them in achieving their fitness goals. We now provide a wide variety of programs in order to aid clients worldwide in attaining their fitness goals, including fat loss, fitness model, bikini model, post pregnancy, muscle building, couples, and full fitness model or figure competition preparation.

Micah is originally from Olathe, Kansas. He has a reputation as one of the nation’s best personal trainers, and is a top fitness model. He is a WBFF Pro Fitness Model athlete and has appeared in the pages and on the covers of hundreds of nationwide fitness publications including Muscle and Fitness, Status Fitness, Men’s Workout, Muscle and Body, Exercise for Men, Fit and Firm, Exercise and Health and Maximum Fitness. LaCerte is a published author, and fitness columnist for Status Fitness Magazine. He is a life coach and his greatest passion is seeing the inner change that happens when Hitch Fit clients go through transformation.

Diana is originally from Vermont. She has a reputation as the “Miss Congeniality” of the fitness industry. Diana is an ACE/AFAA/FPI Certified personal trainer, Wellcoach fitness coach, Lifestyle management nutrition manager and AFPA Wellness and Nutrition Consultant. She found early success on the competitive scene in 2005 after winning her first Figure competition and has gone on to claim seven more top placements in three different organizations, including two World Champion titles for both Fitness Model and Figure categories. She is currently a WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model and has appeared in multiple nationwide publications including Oxygen Magazine, Status Fitness, Inside Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, World Physique, Natural Muscle, MMA Worldwide and Fit and Firm. She is also a featured columnist for World Physique magazine.
