In deciding to get back into fitness I researched a lot of online programs, and also inquired personal trainers. I went with hitch fit for a couple of reasons, proven track record, customization in diet and fitness plan and micah lacerte honesty and prompt response in my initial emails. He was very truthful and honest upfront about the discipline needed to achieve the results.
When I received my program I studied it for 2 days and the first week was a major change for me in diet and fitness. I eliminated sugary foods and adapted to almond milk which I am very glad he put me on this as I have not had milk for 20 years. The fitness was physically challenging and took me more time to complete the exercises however in month two I began to drop weight, gain energy and was whipping by the program, from there it was simple follow the program and results will follow, yes I did have some cheat meals but in the length of the program it was probably under 10 and the diet and fitness routine became a lifestyle very easy to follow. I look forward to continuing workouts and am setting a goal if increasing flexibility and increase cardio for a couple of months and attack a new program in February. Very thankful for hitchfit and Micah’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition “would recommend this to anyone.”
