Adria’s Story:
“My story begins like so many others, I am a mom and having two children had taken a toll on my body. My husband had found Hitchfit on the Internet and suggested I try it. I was really impressed with the before and after photos, but when I read about the programs my first thought was, “There is no way I can do that!” So I didn’t sign up. Finally I hit my breaking point – my youngest child was 2 years old and I was still wearing a maternity bathing suit! I decided that no matter how hard the Hitchfit program was, I had to try it. I had done every fad diet out there and some worked, some didn’t, but none of them were sustainable long term. I felt like Hitchfit made sense and was something that I could do the rest of my life. Even though it was very hard for me to give up the bad food, I learned to really like vegetables. And more importantly my kids, ages 5 and 2, like to eat healthy as well because that’s what they see Mommy doing! They love protein shakes, rice cakes and bell peppers and that definitely makes it worthwhile! Sixteen weeks seems like a long time, but in the big scheme of things it’s really amazing that after 34 years of not taking very good care of myself I can turn it all around in only 4 months! I’m now in the best shape I have ever been in in my ENTIRE life!
