I got to work with Jason over the past year and it has been amazing. He did the Get Big Get Ripped Plan Essentially because he did both a Build Muscle and the Lose Weight Feel Great then extended it!! In the past year he has gained over 15 lbs of lean muscle and dropped his bodyfat to the lowest he has seen it. You can see it in the picture how happy this man is. Im very Proud of this guy!!!

All of my life I have been teased and made fun of for being that “skinny kid”. When I was 18, I was 6ft and 97lbs! I was always told “don’t worry, when you hit 25 you’ll start putting on weight”. That never happened! Then I was told the weight would come when I hit 30…again, that didn’t happen! I was always very insecure about myself and how I looked but never knew how to change it. I started working out a bit and put on maybe 10lbs or so, but was still skinny…I gave up on working out. I had always been a drinker, so I continued down that path. I got to the point where I didn’t really care how I looked, I was more interested in drinking and having fun. I got to the point of drinking a 30pack of beer or more a week and was heading down the wrong path.
At some point, I finally decided it was time to get in shape, and also time for my kids to stop seeing me drink all the time and argue with their mother. I talked my wife into working out with me (she had never worked out before in her life) she got addicted! So our little bits of working out turned into getting serious about fitness. We trained hard for a while but were not seeing the results we wanted. She found HitchFit online one day and told me to check it out and maybe purchase a plan. I was nervous to purchase something from someone I didn’t know anything about, but it turned out to be a great decision! I started seeing such great results that I contacted Diana and purchased a plan for my wife. We both have made a huge lifestyle change and love it.
With Micah’s plan I was gaining an average 1.5lbs a week and my strength and confidence were increasing every week too. It was mentally challenging for a while to try and eat as much food as I needed to to reach my goals, I worked my way up to between 5 & 6 thousand calories a day! Micah and my wife never let me give up, they kept supporting me and pushing me to reach my goals no matter how long it would take. Then when I did, it was time to start leaning out and seeing how I looked and what I’ve gained. During this process, my biggest challenge was my work schedule. Always changing, a lot of traveling, and a lot of working nights, days, and even days and nights straight thru. But again, Micah and my wife kept supporting me and helping me through it all and for that I am very grateful to both of them!
My wife and I would cook all of our meals for the week on Sundays that way when I was out of town I never had to go out to dinner and eat something I wasn’t supposed to. Without HitchFit I wouldn’t have reached my goals and I wouldn’t have the confidence I have now. Working with HitchFit and having my wife by my side step by step doing the same process has changed my life, our lives I should say.
I’m a healthier happier person, a better dad, and a better husband. I’m always recommending HitchFit to anyone I talk to about fitness and have had at least one person join the HitchFit Family cause of it.
