Over the course of the last year Hitch Fit’s Greatest Achievement has been in aiding our online and in person clients in shedding over 2000 Pounds of Fat! It hardly seems  possible that time has passed so quickly! Hitch Fit celebrated it’s one year anniversary on August 1, 2010, yet it seems like only yesterday that we (Micah and Diana) decided to take a leap of faith and open the first Hitch Fit Gym in Kansas City. Only months prior to that we had begun our online personal training program that was off to a great start, the opportunity to open the gym came to us very last minute, literally…within one weekend we had to decide if we were ready to take our business to the next level. We prayed about this decision, and God answered those prayers in an incredibly speedy manner as all the pieces of the puzzle for this dream of ours to become a reality, fell exactly in place.

We transformed Hitch Fit Gym in one exhausting weekend, with help from some wonderful friends and clients, we opened our doors for business on August 1, 2009 and are so AMAZED and BLESSED to have been able to aid so many awesome clients, here in KC and worldwide over the last year in losing OVER 2000 pounds of fat. When we tallied up the numbers from this past years transformations, we were both humbled, excited and challenged to continue educating, motivating, training and inspiring more and more people to transform their bodies and their lives!

Following is a recap of the past year in “Hitch Fit World”. Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of our journey, we feel so blessed to do what we do, so blessed to work in the industry that we love and help people make positive change. We are so grateful for our growing team, our growing business, and how much our love for each other has grown and still continues to bloom and flourish.

NEW TRAINERS ADDED TO TEAM HITCH FIT!!

Over the course of the last year we have been so blessed to have added more trainers to team Hitch Fit who are now achieving transformations of their own! James Hanton joined us in 2009 and has been an absolutely stellar part of the team. In early 2010 Steph Terry and  Glen Parks joined the team and have both been awesome additions. We are THRILLED to be competing in the WBFF World Championships 2010 which are right around the corner on Sept. 18, in Mississauga, CA.

EXCITING NEWS! We are bringing the WBFF (World Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation) to Kansas City in 2011! We are both Pro athletes with the WBFF and have experienced first hand the multitude of opportunities that the WBFF provides for their athletes. It is the best competitive organization out there. Mark your calendars for MAY 14, 2011 – The show will feature amateur categories with Pro cards up for grabs in Bikini Model, Female and Male Fitness Model, Figure and Bodybuilding.
